Webhooks

Webhooks let other tools notify VoiceUni when something happens, so you can trigger automations from outside the app.

Common tasks

1. Open Webhooks from the left navigation under Automations.
2. Create a webhook and copy the address it gives you.
3. Add that address in the other tool so it sends events to VoiceUni.
4. Use the incoming events to trigger an automation.

Tips

• Send a test event to confirm the connection works.
• Keep your webhook addresses private so only trusted tools use them.
