The suppression list holds addresses that should not receive your emails, such as people who unsubscribed or bounced. Keeping it current protects your sending reputation.
Common tasks
- Open Suppression List from the left navigation under Email Management.
- Review suppressed addresses.
- Add an address manually when needed.
Tips
- Never email addresses on the suppression list; doing so can hurt deliverability.
- Honor unsubscribe requests promptly to stay compliant.
