SMS Accounts

SMS Accounts are the numbers and sending setups you use to text contacts. Connect at least one before sending SMS campaigns.

Common tasks

1. Open SMS Accounts from the left navigation under SMS Management.
2. Add or review a sending account.
3. Confirm it shows as connected and ready.

• Use a number registered for messaging to improve delivery.
