Telephony Integration
A telephony provider supplies the phone service that places and receives your calls. VoiceUni supports providers including Twilio, Telnyx, SignalWire, Plivo, and Sinch.
Connect a provider
- Open Telephony from the left navigation under Integrations.
- Choose your provider and enter the credentials it asks for, such as your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token.
- Save and confirm the provider shows as connected.
Tips
- You need a connected telephony provider before you can search and buy phone numbers.
- If calls fail to place, recheck your provider credentials on this page.
