Phone Numbers

The Phone Numbers page is where you search for, buy, and manage the numbers your campaigns call from.

Buy a number

1. Open Phone Numbers from the left navigation under Core Operations.
2. Click to add or search numbers.
3. Search by area code or locality to find available numbers.
4. Select the numbers you want and confirm the purchase.

Manage your numbers

• Review which numbers you own and which campaigns use them.
• Release a number you no longer need.
• Check a number's health and recent activity to keep call quality high.

Tips

• You need a connected telephony provider (such as Twilio, Telnyx, SignalWire, Plivo, or Sinch) before you can search and buy numbers. Connect one under Integrations.
• Buy local numbers in the area codes you call most so your calls look familiar to recipients.
