Transcriptions turn your calls into readable text so you can search and review conversations without listening to every recording.

Common tasks

1. Open Transcriptions from the left navigation under Call Management.
2. Find a call and open its transcript.
3. Read or search the text to find what was said.

Tips

• Use transcripts to quickly confirm outcomes and spot common objections.
• Pair a transcript with the recording when you want to verify tone as well as words.
