Agents Overview

Agents are the AI voices that handle your calls. The Agents page lists the agents in your account and lets you create and edit them.

Common tasks

1. Open Agents from the left navigation under Agent Management.
2. Review your existing agents and what each one is for.
3. Click an agent to edit its name, voice, and instructions.
4. Create a new agent when you need a different script or personality.

Tips

• Give each agent a clear name that matches its job, such as "Solar Appointment Setter."
• Test an agent on a few calls before attaching it to a large campaign.
• Use the AI Agent Studio for a guided way to build and refine an agent.
