AI Agent Studio

The AI Agent Studio is a guided workspace for building and improving an AI agent. It helps you shape how the agent speaks, what it asks, and how it handles common situations.

Build an agent

1. Open AI Agent Studio from the left navigation under Agent Management.
2. Describe the agent's job, audience, and goal.
3. Review the generated instructions and edit anything you want to change.
4. Choose a voice and adjust the greeting and key questions.
5. Save the agent so it is ready to attach to a campaign.

Improve over time

• Review real calls and refine the agent's wording where it stumbles.
• Apply changes and watch the next set of calls to confirm the improvement.

Tips

• Keep instructions focused on one clear goal per agent.
• Small, frequent edits work better than large rewrites.
