Generate instructions
- Open AI Prompt Builder from the left navigation under Agent Management.
- Describe the campaign, the audience, and the goal of the call.
- Generate a draft, then read it through and edit the wording.
- Save the result and apply it to your agent.
Improve instructions
- Ask for suggested improvements when an agent is not converting well.
- Review the suggestion, keep what fits, and apply the change.

- Be specific about the goal and the audience for the best draft.
- Compare results before and after a change so you keep what works.
